Room was good with continuous water supply and power. If food supply was there it would have been better.

Good for transit night stay, property in 2nd floor ( no lift ), preferred outside food, good behaviour by staff.

Lock problem in the hotel room, ac remote was not working, every-time i have to call someone to start the ac, mineral water was not available, water in bathroom comes intermittently. Very bad experience. Not at all recommended.

Okayish hotel with basic amenities. The hotel is on the second floor and the only way to reach it is via the fire escape type metal staircase from the main road. Towel and blanket weren't that clean and had hard stains.

Excellent but Toilet facilities should be improved. Their room should be more clean and fresh. I like their location but inside facilities have to improve compare to other hotel business. I request them just think about you toilet and inner development.

Hotel was located at the good place. Hotel staff was very good cooperative initiative and all are very good. The stay in the hotel was good. Dinner and lunch was available at the nearby places. No problem was there.

One should never book this hotel or guest house, one of the worst place ever visited. Requested for cancellation when seen the place actually. Don't know about the kind of service they provide but that would be of the same quality.

It's bad and may be they are allowed unmarried local couple so it's risky to stay there and I realize it when I go for check in at same time a couple was come for stay and they are local and just come there for fun so I recommend to not to stay there

The royal residency room was clean and faclilities very good. The money value is better then compare other hotels. Location is good but entry gate is not butter. Changes the main entry gate as possible. The hotel royal residency service and cleanliness is better.

Though this place is bit far from station and doesn't have restaurant ( you can find one typical roadside dhaba and even one or two restaurants nearby), still this place is neat and clean with new fittings. The only issue with this place was that rooms/washrooms could be well ventilated in winters when the AC is not on. But at this price this is pretty much cool and value for money!
