It's a clean and hygienic place. the rooms are decent size, well maintained property. The breakfast has very few options.

Not worthy from any angle
Overpriced for the average service level and poor location / dusty front entrance that is not even gated. Staff not so trained. Plates outside rooms for more than a day. Not worth to call it 3-star. Price is higher than big cities for such hotel/service.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Food quality is below par. Breakfast options are limited and they don't have ala carte for breakfast. They indirectly force you to have breakfast buffet by saying sandwich is the only option in ala carte.

Excellent Stay
Staff of hotel shivalik were polite, rooms were clean and they were spaces. Little improvement needed in restaurant food quality. Iskcon temple at walkable distance from the hotel. On request they agreed to give us an extension of one hour. Overall the experience was excellent

Good experience
One of the best hotel in mahesana. Must visit if u have to stay in mehsana. Room and washroom are very good. And my experience always here on my every visit is worthy

No any type of amenities provide by hote also. We ask for 4 to 6 time regarding water bottle but that's also provide after 6 call also washroom was very dirty and not work any entertainment instrument like tv.

Excellent Stay
Nice and clean hotel with excellent highway connectivity. The breakfast was just about right and the rooms were quite spacious with large king beds.

Not worth the price. Room with double occupancy had only one towel/mug etc. Soap dispenser was out of soap. Room key could not lock the room. Kettle plug did not fit in most of the plug points. Etc etc. Unprofessional set up.

Very bad ex
I have been in an occupation which involves travel-ling for last 20 years. This stay has been one of my worst experiences. The staff is highly unskilled. The food is average. The bathroom was leaking. There was no soap in dispenser. The toilet jet spray was not working. The room key was not working had to come down twice to get it rectified. The rooms are very noisy.

Room and food
It’s horrible experience. Bathrooms are not clean, linens are smelling. Only 2 items in breakfast. No room service. Staff has rude behaviour. Totally waste of money. Never recommended anyone.

Overall great experience
It was so good and clean room. Propeerty is well maintained and staff was so helpful. There was limited option for dinner and breakfast. But far better than average property

Good location on mehsana bypass
Room was a bit small for the price paid. Toilet was clean, however the corners had mold on them. Room service food was good. The aircon in room seemed ikea it has not been cleaned on a long time & the air it gave out was smelling. Only lukewarm water was available in the bathroom. There was no person to take us upto the room at check-in. Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working.
