Very few customers come to this place so it’s difficult to maintain the facility for the management.

Room Cleaning and Bathroom cleaning was very poor . Food quality is very poor . Breakfast is also very bad

No amenities was given. no breakfast buffet. hot water on demand. not at all satisfied with the stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail.

I have no words to describe the bad

Room is gud but hotel is under maintenance so i am not satisfied with this hotel food and services is gud but stay is not gud due to dust so i request to hotel management please update this when i book the hotel

Food not available in breakfast only bread butter and not any extra service like docttkit or other not hot water available in bathroom

Booked superior room. But they gave me standard room and said superior room is not available. Housekeeping and maintenance is very poor. Dead pigeon was lying in room’s balcony area. Entire room was stinking

The room is very unpolished and rough. The toiletries, towels, etc are not good. It is not maintained. The staff are without uniform the wash room is not clean.

It had very disgusting service! the room were good but were not clean. Lift was not there. The staff had a very bad attitude

No body in hotel to take care of customers. They treat you like you are burden on them property is good. But no mampowe4

For sure not a pleasant experience… have to call reception for each and every time be it toiletries, room cleaning, water etc. at times even after informing once things we’re not done for example room cleaning. Requested for GST bill but they don’t know who is supposed to issue

Stay is really good. We didn’t have food so i can’t say about it. Staff is really co-operative, polite to speak.

Property's location, food, hygiene and safety standards were good

Pathetic stay ever had. No cleanliness, no mask, and hygiene. AC was not working very bad noise asked for hot water kettle, they gave me used and not washed. Really pathetic hotel. Trust me I have not slept the whole night. I asked for tea, the cup was broken, tea was smiling horribly. Washroom omg horrible experience.

Hotel located at main highway and easy to reach, rooms are and spacious with good quality. Staff behavior is good, food quality of the hotel is good food area also good.
