बेहद ही खराब अनुभव, जैसे उच्च स्तरीय app/प्लेटफार्म पर लिस्ट होने लायक नहीं है यह होटल, सर्वप्रथम तो बुकिंग के समय ही मेरे द्वारा लेट check in की रिक्वेस्ट डाल दी थी उसके पश्चात भी जब मैं रात्रि में 11:45 बजे लगभग पहुंचा तो होटल वाले ने शटर गिरा रखा था और ना ही रिसेप्शन के नंबर पर कॉल रिसीव कर रहा था, उसके बाद मुझे कस्टमर केअर पर कॉल करना पड़ा तब, कस्टमर केअर एग्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा होटल के ओनर को कॉल किया गया रात्रि में 12-12:30 बजे लगभग, उसके बाद रिसेप्शन पर उपस्थित होटल स्टाफ़ उठा और शटर खोला.. बेहद ही खराब अनुभव 👎🏻

Water bottles were not sealed. They had a limit on entry at night till 11:30pm. They don't have lift.

It was a business trip, Hotel cleanliness was good, room was specious and washroom was spotless interiors and facilities was good, location, Hotel services and staff behavior was nice. Overall it was a good stay and value for money.

Value for money, clean room. Best staff. Good facility.
