Terrible stay – not even worth a single star! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. The bathroom reeked with a horrible stench, making it unbearable to use. To top it off, there was no coffee, no kettle – in a super deluxe room. Can you imagine? Basic amenities were completely missing. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. Would never recommend it.Don’t waste your time – it’s worse than you can expect or imagine! Stains and marks all over the bed and pillows – absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Everything felt dirty and tacky. This place is beyond disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again even for free.

When I visited the hotel, I saw that the room was different from the one I had booked in Rome and it was so dirty that I cannot say anything.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The room and washrooms were unhygienic. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty, and the room wasn't even cleaned before being given to me.
