The staff is very friendly. food is delicious. Beautiful resort is located near Khatiya Gate. It was a great experience

The ambience was good. Room were not very neat though. The property is not maintained completely well, but is comfortable. Food isn’t as good and very expensive for sure, but good food options are available nearby.

Breakfast was not included. Overall experience is satisfactory bonfire price was pretty high. Hotel location is near booking office, so it was easy to manage.

All accomodation, food quality, everything was perfect. They arranged every thing according to the booking details.

Rooms are not comfortable as required, location is good and reachable. Owner response is very good, service is good.

Air-cooled rooms were just below average, they dont provide air coolers, they just have fan inside. Rooms are very old and had foul smell inside, and doors damn old snd no proper hangers inside the bathroom.

Hotel is nearest to khatiya gate entrance. Parking on roadside available. Rooms are good but will miss wow factor.

Hospitality at its peak. Nice location to visit the park. The owner mr. Dinesh makhija hinself looks after every little requirements of the visitirs. Staffs are polite and well manoured. Foods served here were out of our expectations. We enjoyed the stay here very much.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when i'm at kanha

Good budget hotel. The food is decent but can be improved taste wise and quantity of oil was too much as well. The rooms were very good though and the property’s location is really good as it’s quite close to the khatiya’s gate.

Rooms were good & location is adjacent to khatia gate, but there is no intercom facility and they don't provide bath towel daily, just on arrival. Food is very good. Stay was pleasant.

The location was very close to Safari Gate - walking distance. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is great. Overall excellent value for money 💯

Best location as nearest to khatiya gate. Taste y food. Good room quality. In front of hotel khatiya gates exists hence no rush to catch safari or will be late. In night walk can be from hotel to khatiya gate feeling fresh air.

Stayed with my family and her friends for one night and had good management of motel chandan rooms were nee t and provided as shown in picture staff is well behaved and honest. Even my pet was allowed without extra charges, nearest to khatia gate overall it was nice and value for money
