It was an excellent stay at pug-mark resort thanks to the super-helpful owners and staff of the resort. Right from helping us in late check-in, providing us service in the restaurant as per our timings to assisting us in safari formalities, eveything! infact, if one opts for full gypsy booking for safari, the resort has its own vehicle that can be used. Another distinct advantage is that the resort is located barely 600-700 metres from khatia gate which is the main entry point of kanha and kisli zones, so its at a walkable distance! the rooms are decent with all usual amenities without being plush or luxurious, and the surroundings are peaceful but not too remote! all in all, every bit worth the value!

Good and calm stay, supportive staff good pool and room. Having big rooms and toilet. Value for money.

Property is nicely maintained. Food is good. Recommended. Host were welcoming and helpful. Good for family, friends and group.

Lovely place to stay, very near to khatiya gate and staff was very hospitable. Room & bathroom were big enough and clean. Food was amazing with great sitting arrangements indoor and outdoor. Definitely recommended.

Staff is good but property is over budget in fact they are charging additional 500 buks for bonfire and approach road is all-so not good the road is not for new drivers.

The stay was so good that we already miss it so much. Both the service and the food were fantastic. In serves a beautiful stargazing experience at night!

I had a wonderful time in pug-mark resort it was home form another home.

A mutton hyderabadi biryani is rs. 2000! asking high price for buffer zone safari. Good ambiance and bathrooms, very humble and good service people but the property owner’s father said ‘kolkata is the worst city’! without any context! god knows what they think about themselves. I wish they would come to kolkata and i would show them how a host should behave.

Approach road is worst, you may damage your vehicle. Food quality is not good. Rooms was smelled like sealan. Too costly to stay.

Safety was good, no complain about this. Slide and swing may be upgraded to better quality. We stayed from 28th to 30th at the resort pugmark which is situated around 1 km from khatiya gate. Approachbroad was not black top but not bad to go by car. Hotel room is good washroom is also good. Beds were nice and wooden hemce giving wild feel. Owner mr. Rahul is very cooperative and well behaved. He arranged holika dahan at the eve of holika dahan and children enjoyed alot. Food there were no much veroety of cusine but good tedt food were served. Overall experience was fantatstic.

Location is good but road is not proper, food was very tasty and service was great. Owner treated like family which was a value addiction. Overall a good stay and it is walkable from the safari entrance gate.

Pug-mark resort kanha has all that a nature enthusiasts or wildlife photographer would ask for while visiting their favorite national park. 1. Resort is close (500-600 mtrs) to the safari entry gate (khatia gate) and yet away from all the noise. 2. Rooms are maintained very clean. 3. Excellent food. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Reasonable/affordable price. 6. They can also help you book safari or suggest which zone is currently doing well (kanha core zones gets sold out like hot cake. Ensure to book the safaris or contact these guys well in advance) rahul (owner) is very knowledgeable guy. He is not just another owner/businessman running a resort. He has the same enturiasm/interest in nature & wildlife as a wildlife photographer. He spent good time talking to us about kanha, wildlife and villagers etc. Nooral (manager and also safari driver) is another great chap. He knows every nook & corner of the forest and is good is tracking animals while on safari. Santosh (staff at the resort, a very prompt & proactive guy. Be it giving us a wake up call for morning safaris at 5am / serving water right when we were back from safari / staying awake until 11pm for us to finish dinner - he was always there to help. Overall, an excellent experience staying at pugmark resort. I would definitely go back here when i visit kanha next time.

Temperature and sanitization is properly maintained good

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty and hygienic. Location is particularly nice, secluded from the crowd and overall feel is great

The road to resort is really near the khatia gate. If it's your first ever safari just blindly get to this resort. They will arrange the safari vehicle for you so can start your safari right from your door steps. The property is a bit deep so recommend that you have your own vehicle and the way is just like safari so you'll enjoy it too. Place is extremely well maintained and beautiful landscaped. Owner is polite and staff is friendly. Clean and spacious rooms and for a few bucks you can enjoy campfire in winters. Food is fresh and good at reasonable price. Overall extremely pleasant stay in the heart of jungle.

Excellent behavior of staff of the resort and all facilities provided by Resort was also so good.

We have 11 members stayed here and this was a fantastic trip made by staff of resort.

Location was good but food was pathetic, and staff was not very responsive to the complaints. There was no telecom in the room if you need something you have to just go to the reception. Room interior was good but the doors and windows have cracks in them. Hence, no privacy at all.
