lovely and great first impression of hotel
Great location, , great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a another visit in the future.

Poor Stay
Mold in the walls, Mold in the bathroom, wallpaper scratched and torn all over, bedsheets not clean enough, towels quite old and even torn. Overall, old looking and not well kept property. Doesn’t deserve any star ratings, just another run of the mill, station-side lodging kinda experience.

Worst property
businessThe worst experience i have experienced here, no hygiene maintain, not clean bed sheet, neither provide clean towels and if you choose a room tariff with breakfast then you have only a single menu as they already prepared. You didn't asked for other menus.

Good place to stay in town like balagha
Hotel is situated in mid of city. Its away from noice. Rooms are clean. Food was jst awesome. Good behaviour of staff. Breakfast has limited menu and teasty. I had taken lunch and dinner also. Homely food. Rooms and washroom is neat clean. Shoud improve variety of food in breakfast. As per tariff it's good choice for business and family travellers.

Terrible Stay
खराब, बहुत खराब। एक तो गलत नाम से होटल है उसके बाद बहुत साधारण होटल है में ब्रेकफास्ट के नाम पर वेबकुफ बनाया गया। बाकी स्टाफ का बयवहार बहुत अच्छा है। अच्छा सर्विस देने का प्रयास किया ईनलओगओ ने।

आदरणीय, होटल का नाम गलत है?आप क्या कहना चाहते हैं यही समझ नही आ रहा।ब्रेकफास्ट लिमिटिड ऑप्शन में ही है ,बुफे नही।कही कोई कमी रह गयी थी तो आप उसी वक़्त कहते हम तो हैं ही आपकी सेवा में।उम्मीद करते हैं कि अगली विजिट पर आपकी उम्मीदों पे हम खरा उतरें।
