Review Of Hotel Sheetal Palace

Bathroom was very dirty and water was leaking from taps and even from walls

Service was poor, room cleaning was not good, it was bad, charging was not working.

Food is good. Service is prompt. Room is clean.

It's a very nice experience at hotel Sheela palace balaghat I recommend others for stay there clean and good rooms with nice breakfast and good services at room clean toilets' nice view. All over I like the location and the hotel

All good but can be more good. As the hotel is good, spacious, airy, and having huge parking area but still is not well maintained in terms of pest control and cleanliness and it can be seen in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is included in package and it found that it is just to fulfill the criteria and nothing else, charging for breakfast is not worth.

Rooms were good but found many insects inside the bathroom and under the table in night. Food was good. Service was as expected by me. Hotel staff was nice and cooperative but very less no of people were working in this hotel.

Hotel was on the road very close to government bus stand. Big hotel campus. Rooms were nice but in air conditioner there was very less cooling. Hotel not having there own canteen but they were fulfilling our orders from some were else.
