Room was nice, washroom hygiene was poor, no complementary drink served as promised.

I did not get the room that was shown online and breakfast was included but I did not get it fast

The property is decent, the staff were so good and supportive . i stayed for a night with my family and kids , it was really good

Hotel bathroom is so badly smelling.....room fresher not sparying for freshness fan are noiceing whole night

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and overall, it was an average experience. We booked a room with three beds, which was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The beds themselves were decent, but the linens left something to be desired. They didn’t feel as fresh or clean as we would have hoped, which took away from the comfort factor. One of the positive aspects was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made it convenient for us to bring along our dog. The staff was welcoming toward pets, and there was even a small outdoor area where we could walk our dog, which we appreciated. However, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The bathroom could have been much cleaner — there were water stains on the fixtures and some grime in the corners, which was disappointing. To top it off, we found an empty alcohol bottle in the family room, which suggests that housekeeping might have overlooked some details while preparing the room. The overall experience wasn’t terrible, but with better attention to cleanliness and some improvement in the quality of the linens, this hotel could be much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Room full of mosquitos.There was no complimentary drinks as mentioned in.Instead they charged us for water bottle.

No welcome drink no complimentary water or tea evrything is paid service. They provided rajai for their customers behalf of blanket for night stay n no extra bed provided for children.

Rooms had odor, bathroom was uncleaned and stinking very badly. Location is good with parking facility.

Everything was good but cleanliness was not at all good and no water in washrooms so please look up for this two major issues

We were traveling from delhi to visakhapatnam and stayed in this hotel. While booking the hotel, the breakfast was included and as usual we thought it would be generally from 7:30am and when we checked in, it was said that the breakfast would be served from 8:30am onwards. Though we needed to depart the city early, we waited till 8:30 and it started only after 9:30am after making several requests. The delay caused very discomfort for our onward journey and we lost so much time.

Central location. In the heart of town lot of food option near by. Staff behavior is impressive. Budget hotel with very nice veg buffet breakfast every things are satisfactory except bathroom geaser it's not working well

Good hotel in budget, mid in city and also parking space available. Rooms are proper and makemytrip also offers great discount.

Hotel was quite decent. Room and bathroom were pretty clean. Room was spacious enough with ac and water heater facilities.

Good stay, comfortable beds and clean linen, clean washroom. What else can one ask for in a night stay! would recommend.

Cheating for fasality toilet is not good for cost of room

Location was good. It was near to bus stoppage and market. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was polite but they need to be trained. Two times they forgot about my ordered meals and i had to tell them to knock before entering my room. Overall it was a good hotel. Safe for families. Train the staff and it will 5stars.

Only family room is good others rooms are average, some rooms are not maintained properly.
