Regarding Overcharging by Resort for Pckgged Drinking Water charged than mrp

overall stay was pleasent however there is an issue Regarding Overcharging by Resort for Packaged Drinking water as resort management charged me ₹50 for a regular Bisleri water bottle, even though the printed MRP on the bottle was ₹18.When I raised this issue with the resort manager, I was informed that I must pay the full amount of ₹50 at the time of check-out, and my concern was disregarded. This response was disappointing and appears to be a clear case of overpricing, violating fair consumer practices and the Legal Metrology Act, which prohibits charging above the printed MRP.I request MakeMyTrip to investigate this matter, initiate a refund of the excess amount charged, and take appropriate steps to ensure such practices are not repeated by your partner resorts. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

The entire experience was fabulous. Welcome drinks on arrival to fantastic onboarding with each and every detail explained properly. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and co-operative. The resort is just 15 mins drive from Mukki entry gate of Kanha Tiger Reserve. The resort ambience was excellent with great swimming pool, Spa, and restaurant.

A true escape into nature, complete with exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived at Tathastu, Kanha, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility. The setting is absolutely breathtaking; our cottage was nestled so perfectly within the forest that it truly felt like a private sanctuary. What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was the genuine warmth and dedication of the staff. Every single member of the team, from the front desk to the kitchen, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were quick to assist with any request and always greeted us with a smile. We were traveling with a young child, and the staff's thoughtfulness—even going so far as to prepare special food for her—made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. And the food! The meals were an absolute highlight. Each dish was packed with flavor and prepared with incredible care. The variety was excellent, but it was the taste that truly stood out. We especially loved the Breakfast which was simply outstanding. You could taste the freshness and passion in every bite. A cozy nest amidst a sprawling forest

An excellent location, close to the Mukki gate, entrance to the safari. Well furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. Awesome homely food and above all, fine hospitality led by Mr. Krishnan and team. Always eager and ready to help the guests. Memorable stay, and the icing was frequent tiger sightings at the safari.
