Chitvan Jungle Lodge

Just fantastic. Everything was above the average. Hence six times no.1 in trip adviser. In such a remote area, nearly 5 star although this is a 4 star property luxury and facilities provided. Staff members are really good and cooperative. Special thanks to principal chef for preparing finger licking dishes and food as per the choice of the guests. No less credit to mr rohit, manager for excellent team management. A wonderful experience for life time. Surely visit again when ever we find an opportunity. Hence chitvan jungle lodge, kanha requires a very strong recommendation.
Superb resort in the midst of the jungle. So remote but the Chitvan Jungle Lodge management did everything for the comfort of their guests. Lovely big rooms with nice decor, excellent location.

Very well mannered and courteous staff. Mr. Rohit Tripathi (general manager) and the staff leave no stone unturned in making your visit a memorable one. Food is delicious and rooms are spacious. The staff will assist you in managing your safari bookings and help you with arranging night safari. All in all I would like to state that though my stay was a short one I enjoyed it to the fullest. Thanks again to Chitvan. Keep up the great work.

Hotel is located by the jungle and they have maintained the natural beauty. Place is very quiet with nice and friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and tidy which improves the overall experience. Food quality and variety could improve as after having food for 2-3 times you would want to skip it. If possible try to book the safari on your own and not through Chitvan Jungle Lodge as there would be high extra cost involved.

Pros: 1. The ambience is good. 2. Cleanliness is very good. 3. Cottages are well maintained. 4. Staff behaviour & hospitality is wonderful. 5. Very calm & peaceful location with lots of greenery. Cons: 1. Very limited option in food menu. 2. Food taste is okayish 3. Portion size for serving is small. 4. Need more amenities in terms of play area/ outdoor activities especially for kids.

Chit-van resort at kanha national park is the best place to stay with family. The place is simply awesome. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service is too good. All the amenities, swimming pool and food services are excellent! a very nice place to spend quality time!

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, neat and clean. The staff were very cooperative. The food was good, but I found it bit monotonous. The surrounding of the room was also good. It gave the feeling as if I am in the jungle itself.

Highly courteous staff, very nice property. We stayed for couple of nights experience was rejuvenating. The food is homely and the chef went extra mile to match our taste. There are many activities to do in the Chitvan Jungle Lodge itself though a nice spa was missed.

Everything is Perfect from Room to Food to swimming pool. We enjoyed the hospitality and the attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was available and are always ready to assist as and when required. Truly one of our best stay in forest.

Property is good but too costly. Seasonal vegetables are of excellent taste but lack variety in food. Manager is helping. Mahinder ji assures every guest well attended. Cottage space is not that great looking at the price.

Couldn't have asked for more. This place is like heaven, so untouched and so serene. I would wish to stay at this place over and over again! The staff is very cooperative. They would go out of their way to accommodate to our needs.
