Hotel Royal Celebration

hotel is located on highway, beautiful architecture but fittings require lots of improvement, beds are not properly aligned, breakfast menu is small

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Celebration and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Food Quality: The food served was of very poor quality. For example, leftover rice from the previous night was simply reheated in hot water and served again. 2. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were painfully slow, and the staff appeared untrained and unprofessional. 3. Restaurant Management: The restaurant manager was completely unprofessional and the kitchen seemed unhygienic and poorly managed. 4. Cleanliness: I was shocked to find cockroaches inside the room – clearly a sign of poor hygiene and maintenance. 5. Staff Behaviour: Many hotel staff members were rude and lacked basic hospitality skills, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel fell far below basic standards of cleanliness, service, and food quality. I would strongly advise travellers to reconsider before booking here.

Tv not working properly, not hotline, shower not working properly, food not that great

I am not happy with any service, whether it is room service or food service, there is a lot of negligence in all. Even for basic things like drinking water, if you take more than 1 liter that, you are charged. However, no hotel refuses to give drinking water. They give only 1 liter of water in a day and if you take more than that, you have to pay for it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms and they do not have a permanent solution for that either. I stayed here for 3 days but my experience was very bad.

Great ambiance and specially the room was awesome and hygiene maintained. So was love to visit again

It's a hotel that survives on marriage related bulk bookings. Do-sent not have a focus towards tourists

Location was good, on Raipur Road. Room and washroom were specious, clean. I would recommend this Hotel. Staff, service were good. Only hot water wasn't available in the washroom.

Washroom is in bad condition, flush is not working. Washroom need to be maintained. Have to ask every time for drinking water bottle.

It was an average stay. Rooms were clean, all facilities like air conditioner and tv were in working condition. It is a veg Hotel. Its very convenient to reach the Hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Some facilities were missing like, no heater available, hot water not available 24 hrs, no buffet available. The room was clean but not up to the mark. Staff behavior was good. Value for money stay.

There was no water in the wash-room and they didn't even bother to keep a filled bucket. No hot water running through the tap, had to ask for one, and this was a deluxe room. AC when switched on had dust flowing, cockroach in the room. Overall a bad bad experience.
