dont provide water and washroom was pathetic. stay was not comfortable at all.

Very Rude Employees, Hotel management didn't turn on the AC (removed remote from room) and asked to file complaint, since it was last second booking we couldn't do much but to adjust. if there is a way to file a complaint formally, pls let me know

The room was average,no tv in the room The food was good but service was very poor , The washroom was not cleared

Asked the staff several times for a water bottle but the staff wasn’t attentive. Also things mentioned that were supposed to be there in the room or given in the room were not there. The bedsheet was not that clean too.

No house keeping 2 days damage blanket and scar mark water heater water power sock.

Room was quite good, very spacious and everything was good. Very neat and clean they have a good restaurant on ground floor

Vey bad hotel. He thinks he is Karnataka chief minister. The AC in those rooms only works on 20 degrees and the remotes placed in every rooms is different. 100% liars working there. No water, no towel, no extra bed and nothing is there. But they need extra money😂🤣. Not good for families, not good for anyone. No positives here because we don’t have anything but we loose money for sure👌

Room was good especially bed superb good and staff are also very friendly but shower not work properly and wash besan tab not work.

The property was good with spacious room but the maintanence was poor - bedsheet, pillows, sofa, windows, curtains, towel - everything was dirty. The water flow was barely there in the bathroom sink. Both receptionists were rude - morning and night. The stay could have been better if not for bad service and poor maintanence.

Pros 1. We were attending a wedding and the hotel was in a central location and very convenient. 2. The room was big with a functioning ac. 3. Hot water was available. Cons 1. Terrible service by the staff. The receptionist, mr. Ravi was very rude in speech and manner. His treatment of customers was despicable even though we attempted polite conversation repeatedly. 2. The pillows and bed sheet were not clean and very unhygienic. The furnishings, curtain, windows were dirty. When asked for a change of pillow as it was very dirty, the staff was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. 3. No proper parking facility. The spot adjacent to the hotel was the only option to park the car and our vehicle was consistently dirtied by birds and surroundings. Overall it was not a great experience mainly due to ill-maintenance and bad service even though the hotel is in a great location.

Good ambience with lights. I booked for a night. Friendly staff, polite behavior. Breakfast is there. Don't expect more taste. But it's good

The hotel entrance very dirty even and half eaten melon with flies swarming lift not working, i had to make my 84yr and 81 yr old parents walk up bathroom door not closing, upon complaining they gave us a piece of cardboard to close bedsheet towel commode all dirty no kettle or mini fridge in room very unfriendly staff

Hotel location is nice. The restaurant is also good. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are big in size and very clean and hygienic. Overall had a very comfortable stay

I stayed for a day, room is spacious, well cleaned and nicely maintained. Reception is approachable for all queries, parking is ok. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

Worst rooms, not clean, tv not working, washroom is not good, hot water only you can get almost a half bucket, waste of money

The room was nice. Pretty decent. Big enough and bathroom was big too. The locality though was very crowded, cabs take a lot of time to reach there.

The hotel had no room service. Carrying luggage and climbing stairs to first floor is difficult for senior citizens like us. Otherwise the facilities in the room were ok for the price.

The rooms in the hotel are clean and neat and also liked the space of the room at the given cost only problem is hotel location is little away from the main road
