Cockroaches in room, hotel was not clean. TV was not working in rooms, after complaining in hotel many times about the TV, it came to conclusion that we haven't charged this TV, not so many options in food available for eating, but when I called in the reception, they said all items in the food are available. Same food items served in lunch and dinner both, bed tea was not available till 7.30 am. Staff was sleeping till 7 am. Giving zero star service.

The quality of service was very poor. I stayed for four days but the bed sheets were not changed even one day. The staff came inside the room without knocking.

Hotel facilities are zero. No free internet as mentioned at the time of booking, flush was leaking, bad's spring can easily feel, some part of bad had almost no foam on the spring. It can start pain in your back, set-top box and tv was there but not working. Staff was humble and cooperative. Rates were too high in comparison of facilities. In this amount, you can get better hotel with all basic facilities. I strongly not recommend this Hotel.

There is no sleeper for there guest, no geyser facilities, Indian toilet room. Cleanliness is very poor in outside the room, wifi range is not available in my room, I told the receptionist more then 6 times for sleepers but I couldn't get.

Everything ok, affordable near to Gaya station and was a happening place.

The only thing positive is it is located near the railway station. But that to not on the main road. It is far away from the main road. It is just okay to stat single but the price is too high as compared to the services and room offered!

Very average hotel for lower middle class persons .. Situated inside road of railway station ... All surrounding area is full of bad smell and dirtyness. Its a cheap hotel so don't expact luxary facalities .. If 2 beds, small tv and fan is enough for your stay then only book this hotel.

Dear MMT, This is my first booking through MMT and I am highly disappointed with the kind of association they have with hotels. My stay was not at all pleasant. Highly arrogant front manager and lethargic employee. They do not believe in quality service and they are least bothered about the wellbeing of their guests. I would give negative marks. All people out there please stay on this hotel at your own service. And yes be ready to listen "Hamare yahan aisa hi chalta hai !! " MMT please black list this hotel. It is severely daunting your image. I would think twice before making booking anyway.

Location is good, very close to railway station, rooms are spacious and clean, does not have elevator which may be a problem for elderly guests as most of the rooms are on second floor and above. Quality of food is average, not too many options. Though it was promised that we will get South indian dishes in complementary breakfast, but only Paneer Paratha and aloo paratha was available. We ordered for breakfast at 8.00 AM finally it was served during lunch. We were provided room on the second floor which had a banquet hall which was booked for a party. There were lots of noise in the lobby, few kids even knocked at our doors for fun. Thankfully the part got over by evening and we were not disturbed at night. Overall a nice place to stay if you are visiting Gaya for Pinddan, may not be a good choice for leisure trip.

Hotel is located at a prominent place and nice property. Manager Mr. Sinha was highly courteous. Has ample parking space. Spacious rooms and balcony. Ultra clean hotel and bathroom. Fresh towels were provided. Overall nice experience to stay here.

A cup of tea and a bottle of water is not included in the complementary. Food is so-so. Security is good. Behaviour of staff and Manager is good. But furniture has sharp edges - the bed and the table both and take utmost care not to hurt yourself. Cannot be considered value for money.
