Very convenient for railway station & pindghat

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Darbar International, Gaya. The rooms were clean, staff was very polite, and location was convenient for visiting Vishnupad Temple. Great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Hotel propeyis nearby railway station, marketplace restaurant etc as such it is suitable for guests across board. taxi, auto and public transport services are easily available. Taste of Bihar regional spicy recipes in Food may be enjoyed at restaurant.Thanks staff for making stay comfortable.

Unhygienic lift and washroom washroom was smelling so much and room was also not that much clean but staff behaviour was nice

very poor rooms and services. they charge for breakfast and dinner lunch but they are not providing anything.

Hotel ambiance was good, good was delicious, staff behaviour and owner behaviour was superb. The hotel is exactly near from Gaya station, after reaching station I called the number mentioned and they guided us so humbly. There's few changes I think they need to change - 1. Room should be get cleaned up every single day. 2. They should provide a space or laundry facility for drying clothes, there's laundry option but it's chargeable. 3. I've booked the hotel with complimentary breakfast option but didn't get it. 4. Toiletries should be included basic things like - conditioner, facewash, napkins (for women) not just 2 small soaps and 2 shampoos. My experience was not very bad.

The place is good for the price you pay. They are spacious and comfortable. The washroom are okayish. However the food is not good quality. There are places nearby you can go for that. Since its near station, its always busy and noisy at night

It was my worst experience ever in hotel , They think that we got room from discount so they do not give us best room , Room is dirty not clean properly , looks room is closed for months , Ac smells very bad , staff nature is not good , light power cut are very much , bathroom is not good , I booked delux AC but it looks like non AC room , Do not go to DARBAR INTERNATIONAL HOTEL ,,GAYA near railway station

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. just focussed on prising out the last bit of money from the customers while not paying heed to even the basics of hygiene -literally & figuratively. While the hotel gave me a complimentary room upgrade keeping in mind my membership status, they didn't even clean up the room. Hi-Tea and cookies was complimentary and yet wasn't provided. Tea bags when asked for (not originally provided) , were provided but only green tea bags which I didn't want! The hotel also provided taxi service and again charged the full amount even though the service started at 4:30pm in the afternoon saying they had booked the driver for the day (they conveniently changed the driver though when they came to know of delayed landing). Despite the late start, the driver also mentioned on both days about time to head back. Overall, the management didn't seem too impressive and looked more focussed on extracting money rather than providing good customer service... I shall definitely not use their service next time I am in Gaya and wouldn't recommend it either.

Booked this hotel from outside of india for parents (senior citizen, all staffs are very welcoming, helpful, and very cooperative. Even though gaya is not a very big city in india (known for hindu pilgrimage, but hotel staffs gesture was above our expectation. Thanks

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Located just near Gaya Railway station. Room service and staff behaviour was quite satisfactory. Overall satisfied with the hotel.
