Hotel Basant Vihar International

Worst experience. My parents stayed at The hotel and they got sick. The hotel does not have a lift and kitchen. They do not provide hot water for bath. My parents asked for drinking water and the hotel took 03 hrs to give it. They do not have a kitchen also. My parents had to go down for having tea also, this hotel is not recommended at all.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was satisfying. It’s a nice place to stay, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The room is filthy, the AC doesn’t work at all, and the bathroom is disgusting beyond words. This place is an absolute nightmare and not worth even a single star.

The manager's behaviour is very cooperative. Room service is very good. The food was tasty. The room is small, but organised.

It was an excellent experience of staying in this hotel.

I reached at 10 am to the hotel.Though, check in is at 12 noon,as mentioned and my wife are sr.citizens,the manager was kind enough to give the room which was vacated few minutes back. Room is fitted with window AC, comfortable.No ac issue.Room size is also reasonable.I was there 3 days before Pitheu paksh amavasya.Might be for heavy rush,rates must have been more.Food is good. stay was comfortable.Management helped by sending room boy to the station to carry out luggage while going as the distance is very close to station. For the town like Gaya ,I don't think,this is ok except little more tariff wise.

Booked this room for 3K/night for 2 days during Shradh Paksh 2025. Front desk person was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Room was stinking funky. Dustbin was not even cleaned after the previous stay. Room had a window AC in the corner and Fan was not working, and front desk person casually said yes it’s not working and we can’t do anything... same issue was faced by multiple guests on the property. Got dirty floral blankets without even covers. Had to request multiple times to change the room. For 2 guests in a single room just got 1 towel, didn’t got a handle towel also. In the name of toiletries just got 1 pc Medimix soap of Rs 5... not even hand wash liquid was there. Water bottles were provided after asking multiple times. And pls don’t get me started on the service and hospitality.

Hotel staff was very rude in behaviour and they was not helpful food is not have good option in The hotel they also not allowed me to just 10 min before my check in time

Hotel location is good. But, house-keeping is bad and dirty. Room walls, head-rest are dirty which gives a shabby kind of feeling. Toilet is not clean and makes it uncomfortable. They don't provide bath soap, shampoo etc. I highly recommend that you should withdraw your nomination of this hotel unless and until they fully meet with your standard requirement. Room tariff is very high, not commensurate with the bad condition of Hotel. I felt cheated

The stay was very comfortable, well equipped rooms with much helpful and friendly staff. In house availability of food in their own restaurant; much better and healthier food quality than the food available outside, at absolutely the same price. The elevator is also available, elderly persons will not face any problem.

Room stinking. TV not working. Paid for breakfast but I didn’t not get it properly. Untidy and foul smelling room.

I booked this hotel for my parents in the thought that it's in a prime location and also looking good in comparison to other hotels. Firstly they gave only a towel and had to wait till we asked for the 2nd also after 3-4 requests. There is no electric kettle so you cannot have hot water for drinking if required. Although they picked up my parents from the railway station which I am really thankful too, they should also be proactive in meeting the basic necessities eg. no cutlery available in the room.

nice place tostay near gaya railway station. staff is awesome. Also suggested good places to visit..

No wi-fi available and reception call not response anywhere room cost according room maintenance is very low

Room was not maintained, few issue i have faced: 1. Observed seepage and ceiling were damaged 2. No toiletries were provided. 3. Lots of mosquitos in the room. 4. Mattress springs were coming out.
