The hotel was easily accessible, only 4 minutes from Gaya Jn. Railway station. The room was quaint with a clean toilet. The food was of ample quantity and was very good tasting. All in all a great stay.

Satisfactory environment. Staff behaviour is also good . Heart warming hospitality.

By auto rickshaw we were able to locate. Food is good. But rooms are very small. No balcony available

Near rly stn, good location, food, amenities & services. Staff very cooperative. We reached the hotel at 0500AM from station by walk. On the way one of the member's mobile was lifted. Through an application we were able to find the location of the phone which is moving. The reception staff joined us to search it. We made alarm to the lost device frequently. He was not a professional lifter. After efforts we got the phone back. Timely support given by the reception staff is remarkable.

AC was not working neither they changed the room. Food was ok. Location good, walking distance from the railway station. Overall average.

While the room size was large as well as the bathroom, the cleanliness was not good. Cockroaches were running around everywhere, and a bad smell was coming from within the wardrobe. The bath tub inside bathroom was not clean. Only plus point is the location right beside station

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated how neat and quiet the environment was — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests and made me feel genuinely welcome. The in-house dining was also enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that were freshly prepared and delicious. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting Bodh Gaya or other nearby attractions. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Grand Palace to anyone visiting Gaya!

The hotel was not at all worth the money. It was totally unhygienic & no service at all. At the reception there were few people who were literally kind. The hotel wasn't & absolutely unhygienic as washrooms were full of stains.
