Hotel Viraat Inn

Very close to the railway station. Rooms are not spacey. Lift was ok. Frequent power cuts. Bad smelling rooms which were suppressed by room fresheners. Untidy bedsheets and pillow covers.

It was terrible. The hotel owner is interested to gather a money only. He is not there to serve customers at all. Owner and staff is very arrogant ask extra money for everything. Leaking taps, hangers provided to hang the clothes is hanging literally. No maintenance / cleaning of rooms at all, it seems the hotel not clean up for weeks. Very ugly rooms and passages. Rooms are very very small, small leds of 5 watt provided no proper illumination.

The bed sheets were dirty. The toilet was dirty.

Dirty ambience, very poor and unclean service, ac not working properly, tv not functional, no itinerary facility, complimentary breakfast was below average, pillow bedsheet were full with dampness and blanket were dirty, hotel management was not cooperating.

Very bad experience, toilets are not clean, all el switches were not functioning, bed sheets were not clean. Worst experience

There is so small room no proper facility, everything is very bad and make my trip is charging high cost without knowing what quality of hotel

The bedsheet was dirty, the washroom was not properly cleaned, the hot water service was not sufficient

No toiletry, outside cheapest breakfast served in the name of free breakfast, no towel, no hot water, no intercom to contact reception/ housekeeping, only free to air tv channels available. Due to above-mentioned frustrating facilities- didn't take breakfast 2nd day, for couple- two single blankets served. Have vowed not to book any hotel/ ticket from make my trip in my lifetime.

Bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty. Blanket was unclean. After we entered the room and requested, they changed these items. Availability of hot water was minimum. Was basin was not clean.

Room was small there were too many mosquitoes in the room, service was very late, no slippers in the bathroom, regulator of the fan was also working properly

For average experience

I stayed at viraat inn gaya for 2 days from 24th november to 26th november 2023. Rooms were cleaned. Toilet and bathroom were also clean. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel near rail station. My experience was very good in this hotel.

The room at the hotel is average. The hotel staff always demand for tiff which is not desirable. There is no restaurant in the hotel. For fooding, the traveller needs to go outside in the locality.

Staff were very cooperative and supportive i would recommend you all to try this hotel virat inn atleast once and its very close to the railway station convenient and comfortable for travel 👍😊

I rate - 1 star not even 0 star, rooms are not clean what the picture shows it is exactly opposite to it. Water is not coming properly, acs are not working well, it feels you are staying in 1940s era

A hotel with zero maintenance done, ac not working, dirty rooms full of mosquitoes, cleaning not done properly and beds full of bugs, management is very money minded with no concept of service, i was locked out of my own room for 6 hrs due to the lock malfunctioning and they had the guts to tell me that it was my fault. A property to avoid at all cost

Room is very small no cleanliness pillow and bed sheets are dirty and torn out. Toilets are in pathetic condition. Taps, geyser are worn out water comes very slowly. Very poor room service. Not worthy for the amount collected. Even 800 rupees is a waste for this room
