Stay was ok, not provided room on time out of 4 room, 3 room given on time. 1 room allocated after 5pm.

No parking place, on asking the same the receptionist answered that you keep the vehicle in the railway station. The name of hotel is also not found it is originally hotel ajatashatru, no privacy, family members denied to check in after seeing the hotel conditions.

Air condition was not there therefore i was not able to sleep whole night. It was wrong decision to choose this hotel

Terrible experience at this hotel. I suggest never ever book this hotel. There was no water in the hotel. I use to wash my hand and mouth by taking bucket of water from outside the hotel. If you really want to avoid the unpleasant stay. Please never book this hotel.

Food, amenities, hot water for bath, hot water for drinking, bedsheet, towel, soap is not provided, worst experience.

Good and resealable stay in pick season in gaya. Generally you got more than you pay thanks.

Due to this sradh season they charged the room 5 times more than their usual rate. No basic facility as well. Just for the location, people prefer this hotel, nothing much there. Even the manager or the staff are not well mannered.

It's a good hotel at Gaya. But in comparison to amount charged per day, hot water facility should be provided. Or else it is okay. Our stay at Gaya is comfortable,but no hot water facility is there. In comparison to daily charges, it is necessary to provide hot water. Other wise it's okay 👍👍. No photo taken during our stay. 🙏

I booked a room for my parents who arrived late at night after a long journey. Firstly they had to struggle to locate the hotel as no one in the surrounding was aware of this hotel. My parents arrived at the location map was showing only to realize that this hotel was behind another hotel. I tried calling the hotel multiple times after which i got attended. They told me to tell my parents to be there at the other hotel from there they will get escorted to their room. The staff was very rude and the room had not been dusted. The service was pathetic. My parents somehow spent the night, but i was helpless since i paid for two nights for this horrible hotel and it was a non refundable booking. My money has all gone wasted. The only benefit was its close to railway station but otherwise it's a no no if you are planning to stay with family. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel ever. Worst service. No amenities provided.

It was overall good experience. Location is also very near from station. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff are also good.

Property not well maintained no wifi and staff behaviour is not good. Dont stay in this property if you are with your family.

The staffs were supporting, but the room allotted was too small. I had booked the room for 3 members(2 adult+1 child) and it was showing in the snaps available that one additional bed is being provided, which was not provided at all. Also, only one blanket and 2 pillows were provided by them for 3 members, which was not enough.

Location is good but hygienic is not up to the mark

Location is just opposite gaya railway station. However, due to it's side lane entrance, on the back side it is away from the hustle and traffic noise around the railway station. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Safety is good. However, hotel is short of staff which results in delayed room service. Ac rooms are available. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Good restaurant facilities are available nearby.

Location is best. Many restaurants nearby to have good food. Direct auto for vishnu pad temple. Walking from railway stn. Lane from main road to hotel was extreme narrow and not maintained. Might have either good rooms but the room given to me was with open window or view. No lift either. However overall it was good to stay there. Mmt can advise to people booking this property that they should enter via another hotel "ajatshatru"
