Hotel Samrat

Samrat is a budget hotel in holy city of gaya. The best thing about hotel is its homely atmosphere. It is in heart of city where every thing is in reach. The staff is very good. They are quite simple but give the best services. They arranged travel to bodh gaya and cab for patna. We are quite happy and recommend this hotel

The stay was an average experience. The location of the hotel and the property look out was excellent. The staff was nice, but some were very inexperienced. The ambience was nice but not suitable for summer. The fans and ac was not working. The bathroom had cockroaches and lizards. The washroom was quite dirty. The common place was not well maintained. The food was not at all good and we didn’t receive all those that we ordered but we had to pay for that. Even while having dinner, our requests were unattended and we had to help ourselves

Location was pretty good. Easily accessible to the temple. They were kind enough to let us check in early. They need to be a little more proactive with service. Toiletries and water bottle should be provided before asking. Room was huge but needed a renovation.

Forced to checkout at 7 pm as i checked in early 1. Ac wasnt working 2. Flush wasnt working

Room service was minimal to zero. You have to ask for bathroom essential utilities. No daily cleaning and that also not good. False information about the hotel service and amenities.

Poor hygiene, rooms not clean, staff basically manager and supervision staff behaviour poor, not recommended for family stay. Mmt must remove this hotel from list.

Hi, the hotel had mentioned many amenities but the basic amenities were not available only. The hotel had mentioned many amenities but the basics were not even there. 1. Rooms were so untidy full of dust. 2. No hot water and the hotel guys were rude when i asked for it. We were provided with hot water rods and were asked to heat up the water by ourselves and one of the rods was not working even. 3. The bathroom flush was not working 4. Waters were leaking in the washroom even. 5. In one bathroom the water bucket was so dirty.

Good location, food was pathetic, room services were very bad, waiters behaved rudely, no basic amenities available, not even hot water in 5 degree temperature. Very poor room services, quality of food is very very poor. Mosquitoes all Around, and repellents not working. Toilets were also not upto the mark.

The hotel turned out to be quite different from the pictures. It was neither clean nor up to mark on amenities. Had to ask for towels, soap, shampoo, etc, the hot water was also a struggle since at least 4 to 5 buckets of water got wasted before warm water started to come out of the tap. No windows in room made it little uncomfortable. Quite unhygienic.
