पंकज होटल बहुत ही व्यवस्थित है। यहां के कर्मचारी बहुत ही अनुशासित हैं। यहां का रहना बहुत ही अच्छा लगा। सारे स्टाफ बहुत अच्छे हैं। वातावरण बहुत अच्छा है.

Bed and pillow cover was dirty, water not available, frequent power cut, washroom not cleaned, broken bucket, flush was not working , mobile charging socket was not given.

I am not at all satisfied with the property and service delivery. The housekeeping is poor. The bed cover and pillow covers were not changed. No dusting of furniture and windows done. The toiletries like soap/handwash, towel not provided. There is no RO system and no Wifi. No room service for tea or food available in the hotel.

The staff is not friendly and doesn't care about the guests. The hotel is also not clean, especially the toilets.

Pankaj hotel do not provide handwash/soap. Has no plug point for mobile charging. Every staff is insisting on tips without service. Located on bad road traffic. Shower was blocked.

Don't stay in this hotel, very terrible experience, mosquitos, dirty bed sheet, don't waste your money and time.

01. Both room was not cleaned and blocked. 02. light and fans were not working sometimes. 03. Staff persons have been demanded extra money for room service.

Room condition is very worst and no facility available it is totally waste of money to stay in this hotel

Bathroom door not closed, no water supply in bath room, lot of moisqutos, drinking water dirty, windows and door not close proper totally not worth

No service food is not available. Hotel maintainance not up to the normal we suffered a lot. Westren commods not available miserable conditions per night we spend rs 2000- per room.

There is absolutely nothing to describe. The hotel staff/management are completely cut off from the guests. Completely disgusting.

Location is in market place. Clean but old condition. Manege r is good in behaviour. This hotel is for low budget guest.

Room allotted was not clean. Even after asking to change, no response from management. Would not recommend anyone. Definitely no for family, parents and kids.

Please book any dharamshala instead. No restaurant near by. Mosquitoes, torn bed sheet, noise of traffic throughout night, dusty rustic localaty. Please avoid.

Hotel and staff both are good 👍,I will suggest my friend also to come here to stay,Mr Mukesh verma my friend also stay here on 13 October on my reference.overall good to stay at hotel pankaj 😅.

Floor were not clean properly and bed sheet, blanket is not in good condition and bathroom is not clean

The rooms are below par, and the fan was not working, they never listened to my request and delayed to make the alternative. Requested them to shift my room but no response. Poor experience

Room rent should not be more than 1000 per day. Ac old, no kitchenette, no restaurant, ac sounding unbearable, no bearer at call, bathroom worst. Sorry, i checked out from the hotel.
