Booking – Hotel Experience Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent hotel booking made through your platform. I had booked an AC room, but upon check-in, I was informed by the hotel staff that the AC was not working and that I should “adjust.” This is completely unacceptable. Additionally: The bathroom had no light, making it unsafe and unusable. The hotel receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, the hotel experience was a waste of money and nothing like what was promised on your platform. I booked an AC room, but upon arrival, I was informed that the AC was not working and was told to use a fan instead. This was not what I paid for, and I received no prior notice. It felt like a waste of money, and the experience was very disappointing. I expected better service and communication.

i was on a one day trip at peramballur booked an ac room at this bb residency for the stay, the toilet was awful not maintaining well the flush was also not working at first. AC got automatically turned off 1 hr before checkout time

Bathroom is not good, blanket are not cleaned, wasted our money

Accommodation average, service is good but no car parking experience was good and cost of value for accommodation is not bad

I paid amount through makemytrip app and the hotel person ask money for room. He said make my trip and our hotel is not linked. You can cancel in the app

This hotel is in the main road of Perambalur town. We stayed a night as we didn’t wanted to drive all night. The room was decent enough to get good sleep after a tiring day. Hot water was available in the morning. However I noted they haven’t provided drinking water. Still it was not a problem as we brought our own water. May be Parking can be an issue during the weekends if the bookings are high otherwise all fine from my end.

No service from mmt, waste of time

This was the most dirtiest hotel rooms i have ever experienced in my life.

Rooms not cleaned properly, heater not working, bathroom door not good conditions, lift found @ uncleaned. Entrance found @ improper arrangements & uncleaned. Overall not good for family stay.

No drinking water provided uneducated room boy attended no cosmetics provided bed spread not clean and hygienic no food arrangements totally not satisfied with stay for the value money given

Gud responce and gud maintain in room

Couldn't get hot water in spite of repeated reminders, no one was bothered, that's a real bad attitude.

Nice staff hotel clean shops near by

Familiar not suitable for that place not worth of non ac room hygiene not following so no safe then service wise good
