Room is ok,cleaning is poor,there was a monkey inside the washroom.Not recommended for families.

Nit even providing mineral water. Not clean.

Very unprofessional staff. Receptionists are changed during my stay per their shift hours and the thing which was agreed earlier with the first receptionist who did the check-in procedure was then denied by the other receptionist. His only words were that we can't do any adjustments or request as the booking is done online. Had the booking been offline, he would love to do that but not in case of online booking. Very unprofessional behaviour and not expected. not at all recommended for family or couple if you are booking online. Go offline booking and they will do everything. No proper cleanliness was there. Used blanket and pillow provided and proper stain mark was visible. Not at all recommended

Worst stay ever. Rooms are not all similar to the one mentioned in website. All torn blankets, dirty walls with tambaku spits, switches are also not proper, if u try to on fan it's regulator comes out, A/C also not working properly. A/C gets on for iust 5 mins and again goes off, this was happening intermittently

Over all the its highly much much not recommended to family’s and couples ... bachelor’s..( those who can adjust)

the room was very small for Rs.1400 . there was no water bottle as complimentary. the chairs were dirty . overall not a good hotel to stay . we had to stay for half day so booked this one . but it was just worth 500-800 and not a penny more .

Complimentary water and toiletries not provided as mentioned in the hotel amenities. Late arrival was accommodated.

AC condition is not good and towels weren't provided and door lock is not good,felt bit insecure in the room.

Location was easy to find with lots of fruit stalls, eateries and essential items available easily. Autos and buses were accessible 24/7. The hotel does not have a veg restaurant or a coffee outlet, which makes it difficult for vegetarian travellers in particular.

Worst maintenance poor service - not suit for peaceful stay. Toilet jet issue don't provide towel and blanket. Worst quality beds

Average experience. Not really recommended. No glasses were available for drinking water. Locality also was not that good.

The room is too small, with a damp smell and small cockroaches running around the room. Location is good but not the property. Parking too is on the road in case it's available.

A it's ok to stay the hotel room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. The room was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Amenities included a well-stocked minibar, a large flat-screen tv, and a coffee maker, which added convenience to my stay. The bathroom was immaculate, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout. The only downside was a slightly noisy air vent, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, i was very impressed and would highly recommend this room.
