Broken Electrical Fixture: The cable TV wall plate was broken and hanging out of the wall , exposing wires and creating a serious safety hazard alongside the plumbing issue. • Unsanitary Towel: A dirty, used-looking towel was provided • Damaged Item: The mug provided in the bathroom was broken • Missing Amenities: The complimentary water bottle was not provided. Service Issues: • Reception/Check-in: The receptionist was notably rude and did not offer a welcome. • Staffing: There were no room boys available to assist with luggage or service requests.

The images that were shown in the pictures and in reality it was completely different… the bathroom was not clean… i would say like we did not had any option so had to go… room service is quite okay…that’s why rating only as average..

Staff is courteous. Some minor improvements in room amenities will make the stay better. For ex having more towels. Better sofa in suite etc. Overall a good experience.

Ac was not working, they are not giving bottled water bottles as complement, bedsheets and towels aren't placed and are to be told to them so many times.

Took this accommodation as a break journey, 1500 bucks for a non a/c room, the room doesn't have a fan, i did not get a minute if sleep, i should have just slept in my car, hot & noisy room with small horrible mattress, i tortured my family, put my aged parents in risk, by coming to this room

Good. Situated in main road near thambu veg restaurant. Budget hotel stay and good service, can't expect more facilities anyhow it's decent too. Front desk mr. Deena dayalan was very helpful. Restaurant available. Covered parking for 3 cars even van too, with cctv camera behind the building. Could provide 2 nos towels and soaps.
