Simple Non AC room with less space and not comfortable, There is no proper ventilation also. May be AC will be good I didn't see

It’s absolutely frustrating when a hotel promises amenities and fails to deliver. I booked this room, which clearly mentioned that the hotel offers Wi-Fi. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no Wi-Fi available. This is a clear case of false advertising. On top of the room being dingy and the ambiance being more suited for men to gather and drink, the absence of a basic amenity like Wi-Fi just added to the disappointment. I paid for a room that feels worth less than 1000, and without the promised Wi-Fi. dissatisfied.😒

The hotel does not have a kitchen. The room per se is fine. We had to request for the towels and the soap. We had also to request few times for our luggage to be brought down for checking out. It is an evolving place with lot of scope for improvement. Thanks.

There was a miscommunication between makemytrip and the hotel. When we arrived the guy at the reception said our name was not there in the booking. After back and forth arguments we were given a room. We were not the blame is on which side since with all other hotels arranged by makemytrip we had no problem. We want makemytrip trip to investigate this so the guests are not stranded. We were really upset upset about this. Please investigate - we very much doubt the hotel management. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable

Beds are not comfortable. Towels were dirty looking.
