Kitchen not available at hotel, no hot water coming. but the staff was good and friendly

ONE ROOM AC WAS JUST OK (403) ONE ROOM AC was ok. (401) Bathroom: Pathetic. Cleanliness: 1 out of 5 WORST EXPERIENCE. I THINK THIS IS THE LOWEST QLTY HOTEL IN PERAMBALUR. MARRIAGE SEASON ALL ROOM BOOKED. DONT THINK OF THIS UNTIL YOU DONT WANT TO STAY ON BUS STAND LODGES.

Clean and tidy rooms, wonderful staff and services, decent price, no amenities are provided, highly recommended.

Dirty room and in the bathroom the flesh is not working, in sprayer water not coming, bed sheet was dirty and had stains. Foul smell in the room. Totally worst experience

Very worst maintanence no cleaning no water flow in rest room, bed sheet pillow covers are torn. More than 45 minutes arguing for room change but the service people didn't care. Very disappointed and bad experience. After discussing with propertior the receptionist agreed to change rooms. That room tape is broken i have never seen this kind of hotel no maintenance and no proper response

Water is not coming in all the 3 bathrooms which we booked and also terrible smell too. And also bedcover, pillows are not in a clean manner, it's full of dirty and stains. Sub-ha residency - perambalur room service is also not upto the mark even-though rating in makemytrip is 3. 9

The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

The toilet flush was not working properly, and the used towel was placed for me, the television was not working and the service was not satisfactory.

Not worth for money, demanding money for extra bed though booked for 3 adults, toilet hand shower fittings not there just placed over wash basin, wash basin tap rotating 360 degree, ac not working properly. Pillow cover, towel not provided, etc totally disappointed as the time was inappropriate to complain or making alternate arrangements

We just stayed there in transit to rameswaram from chennai. The location is very good, nearby to highway. Cleanliness was decent though the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Amenities were provided. Flush wasnt working.

No difference between ordinary and special fee is very much higher than other lodges room supply and services very poor they gave only one towel for 2 members no shaving kitno shampoo no body lotion no dryer a/c machine very noisy no proper car parking no tea and snacks available totally not worth for that rent. There is no restaurant near by. So better to provide complimentary breakfast. For double bed room they gave only one chair. Bathroom is not clean. Not able see t. V. From the bed since it is not provided opp. To bed. There is no deluxe room all the rooms are same.

Property is on the main road with parking facility. Ac functionality was good but hot water was not available in our rooms. We had to call reception regularly to get normal water supply which should not be the case. Staff were very polite and good. Owner should ensure customers get basic needs at ease.
