One of the terrible experiences so far.Very unruly staff, total mismanagement and not providing the facilities mentioned while booking.To start with we reached the property early, the acted like they are giving the room and wrote all details in the register and even checked our id's.After wasting more than 30mins , the staff informed cannot give room and come after 12pm.Then once we come back, even though all details are in register the staff insisted on entering details again.Overall the room and facilities were not worth the booking amount.Not at all good and clean.The in the room was an outdated, noisy and scrapped unit.They didn't give even towel,bedsheets, water etc.When asked very reluctantly gave towels which looked too old.The services and very unprofessional and unruly behavior of staff was very irritating. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.
