This place is horrible, just don’t go there, there is no restaurant, no service available, no internet. The behaviour of the caretaker is horrible and very arrogant.

The stay was comfortable . The location is serene and silently mesmerizing amidst plantations all around. Located about 1.8km from the Town centre. The staff were very attentive to requests and kind.

Stayed in RJ grand resort in kolli hills, rooms were not much clean, no restaurant

Very small room for the price. Mouldy, suffocating smell. Broken commode seat. Non functional tube light. Regulator of the fan not working. Intercom nonfunctional. Instead of hot tea, water at room temperature served. Not recommended at all.

Unfortunately, my stay at RJ Grand was far from pleasant. The bedsheets were stained, the toilet seats were unclean, and even the coffee cup in the room hadn’t been washed properly. Food was strictly average, and to make things worse, you need to place your order 4 hours in advance. Overall, the experience felt more stressful than restful, definitely not what I expected from a hotel stay.

Room was so good, clean and neet. And the parking lot also good to keep the vehicle. Kitchen service is so good whatever we requires immediately they provided. Only thing the dish for tv is not recharged even-though we have informed thrice only after 2 hours they have recharged and provided the service. For that only i have 4 * otherwise nice stay.

Good homely food, happy play park and swimming pool experience with our kids, recommend for family with kids

Rooms were neat and clean, the property located at very close proximity to all the tourist attractions. Wifi facility is not that good, most of the time it was not working, no ac in the rooms, not sure how it’ll be staying in the room in the mid afternoon. Overall it’s pretty good stay.

Stayed in a suite room and very ordinary room set up and no lift also. The hotel has a small pond like swimming pool which is not clean ! The bathroom door mats were dirty . May be that is the standard in kolli hills but for that the cost is very high. Can't charge more than 4000 for that sort of amenities! Food was ok.. will get a better hotel for this price.

Average hotel for a premium price. No ac in the rooms ( kolli hills is not ooty. No pressure pump for water). Food has to be ordered one day before. But the prices are reasonable. Windows don’t have insect nets. So you can’t open the windows. With no air you can’t sleep. Funnily they provide quilts. (for what i don’t know. Very small swimming pool maybe good for little kids. Staff are not professionally trained but nice people. Disappointing experience.

Location and approach road to the resort is good. Service staff were cordial and friendly, only issue was they understood only tamil. However the food was average. Also restaurant was providing services only during specified hours.

The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good. Kudos to the team. The room was fine for a small family and the location is few hundred meters from the main road. So, need to be watchful when you visit for the first time. Swimming pool was open even during evenings and hence, you can enjoy at your wish.

The stay was wonderfully sweet and calming, however we cannot fully expect a high professional level hotel team to receive us, but the staff over there certainly makes us feel like home and very selfless service they can offer. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were tidy. Food also good and homely, not too much of oily food, everything is just perfect. Very family friendly and helpful staff.

The resort was neat and tidy though the rooms were a bit sized considering the tariff. Apart from that, all other requirements were met especially the breakfast which was filling and tasty.

Nice place people clean will definitely recommend to anyone who visits kolli hills. Car parking need to be improved
