NEED TO IMMPROVE HYGENIC , ESPECIALLY IN RESTROOM . COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFUST WAS IDKY AND PONGAL ONLY

Peaceful and pleasant stay located in very good place. Breakfast was unlimited and very tasty South Indian cuisine

Food is not provided. Wifi is not working. Rooms are not clean and neat. Many of the problems in their resort.

No proper lighting and water supply. We have paid for inclusive breakfast but breakfast not provided. No dinner available at hotel Staff aren’t respond properly, we have a bad experience

Cleanliness is zero here.you can see cockroaches and small insects roaming around the room.the floor ceiling are full of dust.The room space is very less and dustbin was uncovered.If there rain and no electricity they don't have power back up for heaters. The food is average . We can find only north indian workers no complaints over them they did their maximum part.Management should visit the property and should maintain it properly .will never visit this stingy place again.

Room was given as we checked in Inside room water leakage and bed linen given did not feel comfortable

dirty 🤢 bed sheets are not clean, pillow are black and dirty only cover changed that also dirty. reception refuge to clean since no staff available for cleaning. no veg food available. no choice of menu. no room service since no staff.

Overall the stay was nice the complimentary breakfast was simple but tasty and the location was easily accessible as well.

A very average property with almost no facilities available . No restaurant , No activities , No entertainment, Poor hygiene, you can just pay then go and stay with no other expectations then this property can be a choice .

The stay was actually quite bad. No flush in toilets, no proper food for dinner and breakfast, not very clean beds and continuous outtage of power

We stayed in black pepper hotel for one night. Let me start with reaching the resort. Even though it was in semmedu near the bus terminal. Reaching the resort was bit difficult. No sign boards available. Need google map guidance. Sometimes signal will not be there. We took family rooms which was quite comfortable. But there was garbage next to the room. Electricity cut was there. Food was very average. But u can get good food in semmedu bus stand where plenty of hotels available. Resort people where kind and courteous.

There is nothing to say good about the resort terrible staff behavior

Room paint seem to have fungus and rain water damage. Cot had unfinished wood work which is dangerous for kids due to sharp corners. Wifi works only near reception/dining and not in the room. Staff argue to give more than 1 towel/room even though booking was for two. Breakfast is jail food with fixed menu. Dinner/lunch you have to order 3-4 hours early and yet at nite 10:10 pm they canceled 2/4 dishes ordered, without informing to us. We slept starving. Sofa has so much of paint stains and was unclean. Toilet seat is risky to sit as the plastic seat wobbles. Flush doesn’t work. Water tank filling had to be reminded by guests while waiting inside toilet. Body wash/shampoo never provided. While questioning these, manager responded with a rude attitude “what? You’re blackmailing with reviews? Go ahead I don’t care” This was pathetic hospitality after paying for a night. I get 3 star hotel/hospitality for a cheaper price elsewhere! Not even worth ₹1500 for room/food quality and staff behaviour.
