Excellent stay and Food was good.. Ample spaces for kids to play and have fun and courtyard sitouts for evening relaxations. The resort offers a great view of the hills too.. One minor hassle is the 300 m stretch from hill road to the hotel top is a damaged road to drive..

Amazing experience, Resort like stay,beautiful,neat,clean, hygienic,great food,it's like a one stop where you can relax,unwind,enjoy everything to cooperative staff.Lush greenery,kids play area,everything a relaxing trip is as defined

Poorly staffed restaurant. Very very insufficient staff (3waiters for 56 rooms). Also house keeping is not up to the standards

Good location. Badly maintained. Substandard staffs. Seems that the property bis managed by the owners, to their liking, not caring about the standards of a good clearly maintained hotel

The room was spacious, and food was average. The restroom roof was full of fungus. Property on the whole was well maintained. Housekeeping was below average. The location was good. Overall, it was an average stay.

Property amenities were good, staffs are friendly, very good food, rooms are neet and clean. I will go back in future.

Resort was good. Food was nice. Night time power cut happend multiple times and impacted the sleep. We are paying this much and power intruptions should not happen. Also no spa and kids pool maintained which is mentioned in amenties

Hotel is very cline and nice grenary nice staf comfortable rooms and service

It’s good location but rooms where not that much good , also the place was not serving foods as per our order only limited options in restaurants. But the location is very nice and peaceful

As always silverline location is the best to get the best feel of kolli hills i have been to silverline retreat 4 times now. The food exp is has detoriated especially this time. This time all the rooms were booked well in advance look like as some functions were going on. They expected more guest when asked for food listed in their menu most of them weren't available and if available the quality wasn't good at all. Hope they work on this as usual the staffs were friendly.

Rooms are vell maintained. But charges are high compared to other facilities. There is no swimming pool and gym. Many shown in the pictures are not available. Indoor game room does not have proper games. Out door games are not not there. Scenery from the resort is good. Kids play area on outdoor is good. Breakfast is average. They charge additional rs. 1040 per kid. The same is too high. Food at night in the restaurant is good. Staff are courteous. No proper approach road to resort.

Today morning reached hotel at 12. 15 am. We are booked room on 23 afternoon to 24th 10am. Before 12 am only give room hotel person is not given for makemy book, again he collected full amount for us.

Nice location, nice ambiance, very good landscapes. Food okay. Need to put 2nd lift when we were there lift not working. Rest all okay. There is no air-condition in any room we went there in november so climate chill in the night but i doubt how it will be in summer.

I recently stayed at Silver Line Retreat in Kolli Hills, Tamil Nadu, and my experience was less than satisfactory, especially considering the First and foremost, the rate seems quite steep for the amenities provided. The biggest downside is the complete lack of Wi-Fi and even basic mobile network coverage. In today’s world, staying connected is essential, and not having these facilities made the stay feel inconvenient and isolated. The one redeeming factor was the food, which was quite good. However, it was on the pricier side, making it hard to justify as a major positive when weighed against the other shortcomings of the hotel. Given the limited features and poor connectivity, I found the overall experience to be underwhelming. I expected more for the price paid and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this hotel for those seeking value for money.

Expensive room rent but no wifi in room side. Food good. Amenities & services ok. Property location super.

Excellent and worth stay, best place in kollihills, food was good, good atmosphere around hotel…child park available, plants and flowers maintained very well…

no tv connection poor service no response from reception i am a regular visitor to that resort but this tme i had a very bad memories waste of money😡😡

We have stayed one night. Food taste is good. Very good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay. Only disadvantage is it’s little far from falls and temple
