I booked a standard double bed room. But when i arrived in the they told me that they have not that particular room. So i gave them extra 500 for upgraded room. And then they give me standard double room. They are making fool.

Location is good, food is at restaurant at same level but is veg only. Rooms are new but no room service. Views outside room nil. There is no privacy. Rooms open directly to lobby where hotel staff other shoppers are there.
