No hot water and cockroach is running in room. This is not worth

- room was horrible - unnecessary paid for a room - non veg was not available - no one picked up calls when needed

Some Hotel staff not know about make my trip and they say that not allowed online booking.

Hospitality infrastructure at it worse condition, I won't recommend a healthy person to go and face hygiene problem. Very dirty and bad smell and full of dust furniture were in torn condition food, highly cost.

Good location, service is also good and food was not tasty.

Staying in this hotel finds me to nice experience but not up to the standard level .. It's a hit which is average cost with some facility to stay for one day ... Anyway not do bad. We can give it 3 star for average stay.

Very bad experience. Breakfast is very bad. Please don't stay here. Facilities is very bad. Room size very small. TV is very small. Housekeeping is very bad. No one supporting nature. Overall this is wastage of money.

Hotel would have been a good one when it was new. But, now it is poorly maintained. WiFi was down. Room was not very clean. Towel, soap used by earlier occupant of the room were still lying there when I checked in. Kitchen starts at 7:30 am so you cannot get even early morning tea! Staff looks careless and least bothered about customer's requirements.

In this hotel the staff were too bad that they said your booking is not confirmed. Hence I showed them the booking confirmation voucher. But they denied and started arguing and misbehaving. Manager asked for money to check in at the hotel which I had already paid to make my trip
