At night, there were a lot of mosquito bites, and the room was not like a proper hotel and food is also not good

Very Hygine, Room neat & clean, good Service, Nearest of Market Area, easily food available in nearest.

it was a great stay in hotel emrald great location on the road and the food was awesome and tasty staff behavior is good

Extra person ka bhi pessa leta hai 3 din me 1900 liye extra person ka or phir call kar ke pessa magta hai

Neat and clean linen, clean room. Basic things provided during the stay. Food is a bit overpriced compared to taste and quality and quantity/ portion.

No slippers. How do mmt you people allowed this. Basin leakage and food price is far far higher than quality. Please don't recommend such hotels. Just save your reputation.

The source of my room booking in the emerald hotel was internet, i had booked my room through make mytrip. I was in a rush, so i didn't go through the hotel's manual properly. I checked in, and within 2 minutes, i got a call from the hotel's reception that your id proof is not matched with your other partner. Without considering my point, that was really genuine they started creating nuisance, which was very embarrassing. Within 2 minutes of check-in, i had decided to check out. I did not even stay for more than 2 minutes because of their (raju majumdar) bad behavior. I kept asking about my refund, but they didn't refund me any single penny in spite of that they disowned me like anything. Their behavior was not at all ok. I would make sure to escalate this matter up to top management of make mytrip.
