Worst, unhygienic, untidy property ever visited. Terrible customer handling ethics.

It was a terrible experience. The fan was making a horrible noise, making it impossible to sit inside. The rooms were in very poor condition, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

It's a very old property no sanitation and stinky quilts and worst linens

Dustbin was also not there in the room. Room was not cleaned and the attendant was asking more money Dustbin was also not there in the room. Room was not cleaned and the attendant was asking more money.

Worst Experience Ever Rooms were absolutely filthy and poorly maintained — totally unacceptable! Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, not helpful at all. Basic cleanliness and courtesy were missing. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you value hygiene and respectful service!

bathroom and bedroom is very bad, didn't clean properly, tv is not working, bathroom tap ont working, also comord latrin spray not working,very unhygienic,not have any room service, like a bhoot bangla

There Is A Mosquito Residency In The Rooms We Are Not Alone The Give 24×7 Surveillance To Us.No Fans Working No Cooler No On working Charging Point.

Bad hotel

There are too many mosquitoes andnl non-responsive staff and terrible ambience, never recommend to anyone and repent later please avoid this hotel i booked because of a local person suggestion make sure you don't book unnecessary hassle

Hotel denied for checkin they were saying you have to take ac rooms with 500 extra cost and then after my request they show us their staff room for stay hotel staff was very irresponsible and rude eighter i will take ac room with extra cost or their staff room

One of the bad thing is it’s employee behaviour they were like we are not paying them we are staying for free, it’s rooms are so bad it’s like broken beds, without colour walls, not working fans, washroom is very bad they didn’t was it.

Service and amenities are at worst condition.
