It is good to see such a hotel in a small city like bilaspur. Room was clean, and maintained. Staff was friendly, and trained. Food in restaurant was good. A temple inside the premise make the ambience very positive.

The rooms are of the worst quality. Old ac il, not cooling the entire room. Bugs are everywhere in the room, can't sleep the entire night. The overall experience was not good.

Lot of noise (anything could be heard like construction and repair work, couple making out in the other room, people talking, flushing in adjacent room etc) 2. The staff didn’t know wifi password 3.
