Each and everything was great, location is really fantastic, staff’s behavior is good

it was ok ok stay for me, having the issue of jamed windows and broken lock.

Beddings were dirty, causing rashes itching at night.bit disappointed. Food was good. Bathroom were cleaned.

I found this property from MMT app. app experience was great. Hotel rooms was very clean and we'll maintained. staffs behavior is good .

No cancellation policy or Partial Cancellation, cancelled visit due to train ticket not got confirmed but hotel and makemytrip not consider the same.

Rooms are good but don't eat food. You will get charged like you are eating in taj hotel. I paid 360 rs for egg bhurji. Now you can understand my pain.

I recently stayed at the topaz in bilaspur, chattisgarh. I found the property to be a very nice place to stay. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

I was given a room without any windows. Do you expect me to stay 5 days in a prison? had to ask for a change of room. This other room 303 has no ventilation in the bathroom. (keep in mind i am here for 5 days) neither is there an exhaust. This is disgusting. There was a stink coming from the drain as well. How has the health department passed the noc. The stand in the shower area is broken, where does one keep the soap or shampoo. How are you promoting this kind of property? the bathroom door mat had hair and full of dirt. Not changed or cleaned for how long is questionable. Had to ask them for a change of mat. On entering the room 303 the floor was very dirty which i noticed after i took off my shoes. The room boy came to clean. But his mop was very filthy. And he did not even bother to sweep under the chairs and tables. Neither did he bother to move them and clean the area. The drawer attached to the cupboard does not close. The fan regulator is not working. Even with the ac off it was freezing cold. They provided 3 hangers. Non had a rod for pants. (pic attached) not sure what they had in mind. On requesting for one, they told me they do not have hangers of that type. Don't they know that men wear pants and need to hang them to avoiding creases? they do not provide a pantry ( other hotels of the same price provide much more facilities. I asked them at-least for an electric kettle. But sadly they dont have any to their guest. The restaurant opens at 8am. So you don't get even a cup of tea in the morning. Besides no restaurants near the hotel are open even up to 9am. I will appreciate the staff they were very polite and prompt in service i am here not even 24 hrs. But did not have a relaxing time.

Amenities staff behavior cleaning everything was up to the mark please do not think much before booking topaz, just go for it. And last but not the least, thank you topaz!

I said budget & prime location. This two adjectives are can be useful to some set of people and not a good option for some others. Rooms floor area somewhat seems old-age, cleanliness is at per with price comparison, washroom was neat & clean. Room service needs serious improvement. As it is at the centre of bilaspur city, it can be annoying for some due to bad traffic. Overall good value for money, but can be better if they improve their room service.

Hotel is in centre of the city. Great vegetarian food downstairs. Great hospitality. Hygienic and clean.

Rooms are good. Staff is very cooperative and nice. The restaurants and bakery are the cherry on the top.
