Loved the place, hotel has old world charm, very clean and neet. Staff in general is very well behaved and helping. Good things is in-spite of being in the centre of town, it has ample parking space. Will highly recommend this hotel for every one.

It is good to see such a hotel in a small city like bilaspur. Room was clean, and maintained. Staff was friendly, and trained. Food in restaurant was good. A temple inside the premise make the ambience very positive.

The rooms are of the worst quality. Old ac il, not cooling the entire room. Bugs are everywhere in the room, can't sleep the entire night. The overall experience was not good.
