The room, it's vibe, and the things were good and clean as well as per the price. Hotel's location is also soo good, because it's located on the main road and near gol bazar which is the primary shopping market of bilaspur. But the most important thing is- you have to totally compromise with bathroom and pillow cover and cushions, because the washroom is too congested and even stingy and water gets clogged. so it could be done better by some renovation. else the room and staff everything was good. so, if one can adjust with the washroom and cushion, you can go for this accommodation at the heart of the city.

The hotel was disgusting, bad service, the receptionist denied the booking in the first place and started arguing when i checked in at 1 am in the night. In the room, as soon as i entered, there was a cockroach on the sheet, the whole room was suffocating and the bedsheet was stinky, after a lot of struggle when i could sleep, The power went off, from 7 am up till 9:30, when i decided to check out. Horrible horrible experience

I came to Chhattisgarh, checked a couple of hotels, then stayed in this hotel, I liked it, it is a good hotel at a normal price

Location is good and grocery store is available underground but rooms are highly chargeable according to their facilities. Yes rooms are nice but old bed and fan in the room . bathroom is ok but no shower and bathroom has less space .All are working fine but it lacks the feel of hotel

It was a good experience staying at hotel shri laxmi at bilaspur. It was a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful to us. Overall it was satisfactory.

My stay there was great and it's experience was pretty good, the owner and assisting person were soft spoken and helpful. Rooms are adequate in size though ventilation could be improved(maybe it's better in ac rooms, i stayed in non ac. In the room i stayed in, the toilets were of western design and were clean. The room had two chairs, a tv, a bath towel and a bath soap provided already. The hotel is located in the city area so there are ample shops for all daily needs and some for eating as well. The distance from the railway station is roughly 3. 5 km.

Hotel showing couple friendly but you will get harass on this hotel, and not cooperative. You will totally disappoint on this place.

I find this property on make my trip. Location is good but average hotel. Washroom is too small. Hygiene is not good.

The room was clean and it was comfortable. Staff was helpful too. There was some electricity problem due to rain i guess but other facilities were almost okay. Prices were affordable too. Thank you
