Not expecting such type of hotel from mmt, i am frequently using mmt.

lift not working, worst room service, poor cleanliness, staff not co-operative, TV not working of Deluxe room.

Unprofessional staff and management
No mineral water provided. Shower not working. Rooms firstly allotted wasn't cleaned. Poor linen. Only one item served in breakfast. Toast butter served in room service but not in complimentary breakfast and told bread is not avaialabile. Poor service
