it is as always the best place to stay in bilaspur i can't even remember how many times i have stayed there ...and nothing changes same hospitable behaviour everytime 10 times for sure i have been there , atleast. The stay was great I have stayed there like 10 times before also And not a single thing has changed or not a thing i ever have to complain about

Very dirty room broken floor ac is not working smell in room during stay 4-5 time blackout

Spacious room but not maintained, facilities like switch, sockets, flooring, towels, interrupted DTH, etc.

It is a good hotel, clean and well located staff is polite, the Moti Mahal restaurant located within the Hotel is quite good. Only feedback for improvement is house keeping should check and replenish consumables like toilet rolls, soap, tea bags and water bottles etc. all else is good.

We were looking for overnight stay on the outskirts of bilaspur. We got a good discount on mmt. The hotel is impressive and rooms spacious, well furnished and comfortable. We did not sample the food. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Property is good. Room is also clean. Staff behavior is very good. Awesome party lawn is very awesome.

All good but the railway station is too far. I recommend this to my friends and family because it is worth it.

The hotel is very good. Its environment is also very good and its facilities are also very good.

Stayed in Patrician for a night. The stay was terrible. Location - The hotel is located on the highway which makes it accessible and has good connectivity. Rooms - Rooms are horrible. Though the rooms are spacious, they are untidy. The AC was not working and I had to shift 3 rooms to finally get the one with working AC. In all three rooms, chair was dirty making it unusable. Linen on beds were torn. You can see dust lying on almost every corner of the room and furniture. Staff - Hostile and unhelpful. Food - Good. However, people booking rooms with breakfast must note that they don’t have buffet for breakfast. You have to order breakfast. The funny part is they will decide how much breakfast one should get. While I ordered one poha and one sandwich - they gave me sandwich saying a person gets limited breakfast. So they are the ones who decide what the guest will eat and how much.

The staff were very courteous. Great hotel, lovely rooms. Thanks a lot for hosting us with such warmth and happiness.

Total payment was 417 and by mistake i pay 470 they are not refunded my amount sating that ye apki gal-ti hai to wapas nahi hoga

This property serves majorly with marriage garden and hotel purposes and in the meantime they provide accommodation. Service is okay but the price you pay for the room doesn't justify the amount at all. Backache mattresses they have, bathroom has a so called bath tub but is out of the zone in a practical manner, and jet sprays could land you to fire arms spray feeling. Overall room sizes are fine but not meant for the daily accommodation.
