Review Of Hotel Surya

Hotel Surya didn’t provide basic items like blankets and hand wash, even after I asked for them. The location was good, rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. I didn’t try the food since I’m vegetarian, though they serve both veg and non-veg. Overall, the stay was okay but they really need to improve on basic facilities.

Hotel is good for short 1-2 days stay, while I was staying the Ac stopped working at night but management changed my room. Thanks for that

I have a bitter experience with the hotel premises and room service staff. Nobody was interested in providing services. The first day ,I felt in trouble to get the booked room as per my choice.

It was good as it was. The room was comfortable. Staff behaviour was also good. Due to the trip in MAK, the privat was good. Room service was also good.

I recently stayed at (Hotel Name), and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future

bahut achcha hotel hai yahan ka staff bhi achcha hai service bhi bahut badhiya hai food bhi bahut achcha hai

They don't let you sleep, there is a lot of noise in their hotel in the morning which is caused by their staff.

1. Short of every thing. 2. Lift is not operational available 90% of time. 3. Poor service. 4. Doesn't like it all.

Lift doesn’t work properly, all the time repairing work was going on with full of noise even whole night

Very nice service and the room is good. Very communicative place and easy to get transportation.

My personal experience was not good, linens were very old and so many spots were there, pillows were so dirty, curtains in windows was full of dust. Initial given me a room where ac was not working and made very silly excuses, after raise issue with mmt there after they changed room.

Location is good. Food is ok cleaning, bed sheet and pillow cover is a concern. Other things can be adjusted
