My recent stay at Hotel Red Diamond in Bilaspur was largely a positive experience, offering a comfortable and convenient base for my visit. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly well-appointed for the price point. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the free in-room WiFi, which was reliable for my needs. 🫧Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of HOTEL RED DIAMOND. Everything about the HOTEL RED DIAMOND was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My stay at this HOTEL RED DIAMOND was good, breakfast options are too good, i liked HOTEL RED DIAMOND ambience very much, location is easily accessible, but HOTEL RED DIAMOND staff was behaving like untrained, they don't know how to receive guests, guard was not guiding us for parking and tv remote was not working properly, otherwise rooms are clean, comfortable and same as shown in pictures.
