I recently stayed at Red Diamond Hotel in Bilaspur and was very disappointed with my experience. The food quality was poor, the staff behavior was unprofessional, and the washroom was not properly cleaned or maintained. I chose your hotel expecting better standards of hospitality and hygiene. I request that you look into these issues seriously and take immediate action to improve the food quality, staff conduct, and cleanliness. I hope you will address these concerns so that future guests have a better experience.

*Wonderful Stay* I had a truly pleasant stay at Hotel Red Diamond . Located away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown it offers a quiet stay and a fairly good ambience. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The in-house restaurant was a highlight — delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a variety that catered to every taste. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, a very good combination of comfort, hospitality, and great dining. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here, the rooms are well maintained the service staff could've been better, as the whole time i've been here i've kept hearing noises coming from all the floors. The soundproofing could've been better

Overall i enjoyed my stay.
My stay at this hotel was good, breakfast options are too good, i liked hotel ambience very much, location is easily accessible, but hotel staff was behaving like untrained, they don't know how to receive guests, guard was not guiding us for parking and tv remote was not working properly, otherwise rooms are clean, comfortable and same as shown in pictures.

very nice property
🫧Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Food is expensive. No refrigerator in the room. Service excellent. Cost wise little expensive in foodies
