very poor service and facilities
It is not a hotel, it is a lodge. There is not even basic amenities. They even dont provide dental and shaving kit. When we when we ask, they tell that it is chargeable. The rooms were stinking. The bathrooms were also not that great. The basic infrastructure inside the bathroom is also sub standard. There was no water kept inside the room when we asked for water took around half an hour to give the water. overall not recommended

Average Stay
Great location, okay staff and poor cleanliness. One big minus is they don't allow outside food and their delivery is pathetic. Overall average stay. Would recommend mainly solo travellers.

Good Stay
yeah overall stay was good. it was peaceful. the walls were a little damaged and there were cracks but may be we had done the booking online thats why they gave us this kind of room i am not sure but the sofa, the sofa in other rooms were better, we saw it. the location was the best. service was a little delayed but okayish

so location wise, it was pretty good. about the food, seemed costlier than it should be. check out time is really weird. it must be atleast 11. ive never been to a place where there was 10 am check out time. rest everything okay. its near to almost everything, and secluded, and i loved it.

Excellent Stay
Excellent cozy stay in budget near railway station (2. 5km. Room size is big almost like a suite. Bed, sofa, tv, ac all available. Only one big concern is cost of food. For few things food costs are too high. So we want outside for our dinner. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel.

Terrible Stay
Experience was terrible. Hotel staff behaviour was rude and non cooperative. I booked for 3 adults of my family. We were not asked while booking whether we are from same family or not. There was no such option on the makemytrip website. But while checking in they did not allow my sister to stay with me and my wife. No assistance was provided from Makemytrip also. Overall experience was terrible. Not going to book hotels anymore through makemytrip. Thanks for such terrible services.
