Poor Stay
Room no. 110 the room was having an unmaintained old ac, the walls were broken in many places, talking about washroom the european closet was having not having proper closing lid. And they provided their water and not proper bottled water.

When we checked in found bed bug n the room and brought to the notice of balwas manager abhishek and checked out at the same time, i have raised complaint and ask refund which has not been received yet in my account, please do the needful.

It was great experience with this hotel location is good room was clean service is very good only one drawback in this hotel there are no lift facility other wise money value hotel staff is very cooperative.

Good hotel and location
I say very true that room was very cleaned and well maintained, staff behavior was good and location is very near to railway station, I stayed only one night, restaurant also available near hotel. Also auto service available frequently. Overall I stayed very good.

Room is clean, but no dustbin in room. Sufficient space of room. Location- main road. Good staff & co operate with us. Services are also good. No lift in hotel. Hotel provide soap & towel. Overall good for one day stay.

Very nice hotel and value for money
Location is very approachable. Staff is very co operative. Rooms are clean. This is minus point that no Lift in building. No in built restaurant for lunch/dinner. Very economical as I booked hotel via MMT. Hotel should provide a small pouch of hair oil.

Very bad hospitality. The manager Mr. Munaf do not know how to talk with guest, as I reach their for check in, he oppose the reservation, very bad experience.
