Worst hotel to stay in Ahmedabad. Literally the washbasin was not working, washroom was really smelly and pan stains were there on one side of the wall. Rooms were not at all clean. Bathroom nothing at all works, even the simplest of things like tap and gyser. It's in shopping complex. And this is not just 1 room but all their rooms are like that

Worst experience ever, hotel rooms are not as expected not as per worth of money, washrooms are terrible smelly hotel and rooms, staff is also not educated or proper, mouse, cockroach and other insects are everywhere. After so many requests they finally give other room in their other hotel and which room is little bit better then this.

Cleanliness problem

About 5 rooms total in the hotel. Room not ready as staff staying in the rooms. Staff cooking food in the hallway area near rooms. Smell of food all around. Staff not familiar with booking details, rates, policies, etc and depend on owner to find answers. It may be suitable for single business travellers who just need some place to sleep and shower.

There is no space in roomi saw another room and i will got another room in that hotel. Such a bad experience.

Never stay at this hotel. I booked a room for 24-25th june. When i went to check-in at the hotel, the hotel reception said that there is no room available, you will not get a room here. Even when i showed them my booking details, they didn't believe me. After many talks the hotelier gave me a room in another hotel. But this other person from the hotel started telling me that if i give you a room, you have booked here, give me a trip. I was tired of this. they told me that i will get a room in the hotel i booked, then i went there, then the hotel guy showed me the room. And i checked in. Now i checked in for fear of not getting a room now all the problems were inside this room the room was not clean. There is no phone in the room, go outside to the reception and request them for any services. There was no lock system in the room. When i wanted to go out at night, the receptionist said to leave the room open, nothing would happen. My valuables were in the room(laptop, gold, cash) so who should i trust? the towels were so dirty that it was not fit for the body. Breakfast was not worth eating in the morning and i had to throw it away a bad experience with my life. So never stay in this hotel and check offline before booking.

Room is very poor condition, staff behavior rood, location very bad very thing is bad, they take money for breakfast but not provides you if uou ask for breakfast they will fight with you.
