Comfortable stay, friendly staff and good food.

Neither room is good nor staff behaviour restaurant is good but hotel is not UPTO the mark as he is charging

I would recommend ashwith residencyto anyone visiting mumbai. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, convenience, and value for money. I’d definitely consider staying here again

I recently stayed at The Hotel Ashwith Residency, Navi Mumbai for three nights during a business trip, and overall, my experience was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is convenient, just a short walk from several key attractions and public transportation.

the property is under renovation which is not mentioned and the behaviour of staff is poor , which causes security concern

Since I ve been in Belapur before finding Ashwith residency was very easy and it is. Easy check in and out.The food is fresh and really good. The hotel is partially going under maintenance so it's kind of disturbing sometimes. Rooms are good and clean. Service is fast. Very friendly behaviour from the staff especially Mr Kannan. Adding up couple of things in the room like coffee,sugar and tea bags would be really nice. The hotel is value for money. You get to buy almost everything around the block for the day to day life. Good hotel and looking forward for another stay.

A/c not working room was not clean bathroom was also not clean they charge money for extra water. Under construction

Property finding was easy. It just 1Km away from CBD Belapur Local station. There was Complimentary free breakfast at hotel. The food is very nice and excellent quality. Also the staff is very very generous and polite since all south indians are so polite. i would give 5 star for room cleaning. Bedings and mattresses are hygienic and so clean. Very good at all side. 😍

The hotel location is in the main road and business centre of the city. Value for money hotel. Quality and taste of breakfast was good. All good restaurants are near to hotel. Hotel staff are polite and cooperative.

Property is located at the main road and the area is quite well developed. The only thing is the hotel was under refurbishment during my stay. It didn't disturb my stay but was not pleasing walk through the lobby. Overall it was a good experience for the money value.

Food was ok ok only and in amenities got only soap. Staff was good and cooperative. Overall stay was average or I would say as was a little unwell so didn't focus on much things

Everything was good about ashwith, the staff never denies anything. Food is always good and the rooms are clean and tidy.

Room and hotel staff were good. The food cost was high but other than this was all good.

The hotel doesn't provide any refreshment they don't have a tea or coffee facility. Also if you order food from outside they do not allow the zomato or swiggy to come inside the hotel. Staff was rude. The room was near the kitchen area and the kiten voice was keep disturbing. Also the passage from reception and the room was was so far and some construction work going on. Not found safe for any single person to stay. Do not recommend to anyone

No kitchen in the hotel for tea or anything, refused to give breakfast fast after 9:30, staff was rude
