I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The property did not meet my expectations in any way. The location was not as described, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The food quality was subpar, and there was a lack of basic amenities. The service was also unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, this experience did not justify the price I paid, and I would not recommend this property to others

Average stay, even if other rooms with window was available still we had to manage a room without any ventilation.

Very small room, we were given a wet towel after too much follow up, photo shown while room selection has no match with actual room given

completely closed room. with no windows and exhaust system, very clostrophobic room. Cupboard had no doors, no exhaust in washroom... shower system in bathroom was leaking badly.. nerver recommend any one this hotel Very clostrophobic room, no window no exhaust system... also washroom had no exhaust fan.. Leaking shower... Cupboard was without doors..

I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: The room was not clean, and the blankets provided were unwashed. There were no lights in the corridor, which was unsafe and inconvenient. No waste bin was provided in the room or bathroom. At check-in, I was initially told no room was available, and only after repeated requests was I given one. No towel was provided in the room. Drinking water was chargeable, which I found unusual. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and unreliable.

I booked this hotel after lot of search, as i was looking for decent hotel and nearby location to my workplace. I would say that the stay was pleasant and room was good, had opted for silence room, got the same as requested. Hotel staffs were also good and polite. Will recommend to others.

Check-in was fast without any issues. Room and toilet was clean and also had hot water heater. It is at a prime location with all kinds of shops nearby.

i booked the hotel well in advance. had travelled from early morning and reached the hotel late evening. had even mentioned while booking that I will be reaching late evening. when I reached the hotel, the guy who was on the reception desk was rude , arrogant & very disrespectful. he tells me hotel is booked, ur fault u did not come at 12 pm , as some other guest has extended so u don't have a room if u want stay in lobby n wait someone or other when checks out ul get a room. when I tried to reason wit him that I have booked, paid the entire amount, am tired travelling from morning he's response was "Thats your problem". i reached put to mmt and expressed my problem, and thankfully they listened and understood and got me another place to stay, the extra cost being beared by mmt. Highly appreciate mmt for their gesture. and I highly recommend people to stay away from this hotel.

As per the rate, the room was okay. The location was good, as almost everything was nearby.

Pathetic experience at Swagatham residency. Stinking rooms, cockroaches roaming on the floor, dead fly stuck on the bed, dirty linen and towels and zero hospitality. Housekeeping service zero. Didn't even provide sufficient bottled water...just 500 ml.
