I booked a room but it was not properly clean and not good for stay and also not served properly.

It is a shady unhygienic place. There were spider webs in every corner of the room. The staff is not at all cooperative and just want to extract more money from you.

The location of the stay was decent and on the right road; making it easily accessible. Considering the ongoing coldplay concert in the city and the distance of this place being merely 20 minutes from the stadium; the tarriff was commendable and not spiked way too high. The rooms however were not up to the mark as shown on the images before and had below average ventilation. No

I was denied entry even as a married couple here. The receptionist told me and i quote 'we will only allow entry if you both are gents. The hotel cancel-led my booking denied a refund and make my trip did not help at all in this, made the situation worse by make me wait on hold for 30+ minutes with no updates and closing the support case i opened.

Hot water not coming properly, no proper lights on room, bedsheets not changing.

Rooms are old, not well maintained and not at all as shown in pictures. Not suitable for a family and especially for women.
